Considering the Coronavirus outbreak and following UK Government guidelines, Gulmay Ltd. has introduced precautionary measures to protect its staff and customers in the challenging times ahead.
Most importantly – we are still open for business and remain committed to the needs of our customers worldwide.
However, the way we conduct business will have to change and we will adapt to the current circumstance. Indeed, most of our customers have already put into place restrictions on external site visitors. Therefore, we are implementing the following actions.
- UK Factories: Are operating with appropriate staff levels to provide products to satisfy customer orders on time and in full.
- UK Office: Operated by minimum staff to facilitate basic operation and maintain social distancing protocols.
- Customer Support: Requests for support can be made in the usual way by emailing support@gulmay.com. This is a monitored inbox and your enquiry will be passed to the relevant engineer for support in the usual manner.
- New Enquiries: As always, customers and prospective clients can contact us in the usual way by email at sales@gulmay.com, Your enquiry will be directed to the relevant person for action.
